William is an attorney with more than a decade of experience in urban planning law, land use planning, real estate development, and public administration across both the public and private sectors. He has led planning, regulatory compliance, and urban policy processes, driving housing, infrastructure, and sustainable development projects.
He has held strategic positions within the Municipal Government of Zapopan, including General Legal Director, Legal Director for Public Works, and Advisor to the Urban Development Commission. He has also worked as a consultant specializing in urban legislation for UN-Habitat, participating in nationwide projects focused on adequate housing and sustainable urbanization.
In academia, he serves as a professor at ITESO and advisor to the Sustainable Real Estate Development program, in addition to teaching diploma programs in real estate law and urban regulations. His experience is further strengthened by multiple publications on urban planning, land value appreciation, and territorial management.
He earned his law degree from the University of Guadalajara, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Universidad del Valle de México, and postgraduate studies in land policy, sustainable urban development, urban law, and climate change through institutions such as UNED, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, and Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Marco Sánchez is an attorney with more than 14 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in urban development, land regularization, and the management of high-impact regulatory projects.
Throughout his career, he has led key initiatives such as the update of Zapopan’s Construction Code, the regularization of more than 6,000 urban lots, and the organization of dozens of human settlements. His practical understanding of municipal operations, combined with his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, has enabled him to design effective legal solutions in complex environments.
Marco has held various positions within municipal governments such as Guadalajara and Zapopan, while also providing legal consulting to developers, neighborhood associations, and investors on urban feasibility and regulatory compliance. His practice combines legal, technical, and social perspectives to promote more organized, sustainable, and functional cities.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Universidad del Valle de México, earned his law degree from the University of Guadalajara, and has further specialized through studies in urban planning law, constitutional appeals, and regional development at institutions such as the Lincoln Institute, UNAM, and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

Miguel is an attorney with more than ten years of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in administrative law, urban development, and territorial management. Throughout his career, he has participated in the legalization and planning of housing, infrastructure, and healthcare projects at both the municipal and federal levels.
He has held key positions such as Head of Construction and Real Estate Planning for the Jalisco delegation of IMSS, Director of Territorial Planning Control for the municipality of Zapopan, and Head of the Subdivision Department in Guadalajara, coordinating regularization and urbanization processes for companies and institutions in both the public and private sectors. His approach combines technical strength, regulatory expertise, and strategic vision to advance projects with legal certainty and significant social impact.
He earned his law degree from the University of Guadalajara and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Universidad del Valle de México, as well as diploma programs in urban law and real estate business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and other specialized institutions.

Edgar Origel is a bilingual attorney with more than a decade of experience advising real estate developers, hotel groups, brokers, and domestic and international clients on real estate and corporate transactions throughout Mexico.
His practice covers all legal aspects related to real estate development and investment, including legal structuring, company formation, acquisition of property in restricted zones, contract negotiation, trust formation, and real estate closings. He also has experience in condominium regimes and international investments.
Edgar worked at Snell & Wilmer, a U.S.-based law firm, and served as in-house counsel for luxury residential developments in Los Cabos, where he gained direct experience managing complex, high-value real estate projects.
He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association (Baja California Sur Chapter) and supports social causes through the Los Cabos Children Foundation.
